Wired Megasquirt competicion V2

This wiring is valid for Megasquirt Competicion V2, sold after March 2, 2019. For the Megasquirt Competition model sold before March 2, 2019, you will find the correct wiring here.

3.5 meter wiring crimped into the connectors for Megasquirt competition V2, includes 1.2 meter DB9 cable for connection to PC (USB to RS232 adapter not included).

Special automotive wiring resistant to gasoline, oil and acids, its temperature range according to ISO6722 is from -40ºC to +105ºC continuously. Wiring manufactured with thin-wall coating according to DIN 72551, but maintaining the same copper section, allows for thinner wiring harnesses.Meets the standards of many automotive manufacturers, Bosch, BMW, Fiat, VW, Ford, MAN.

24 pin connector:

Pin 1 Red, 5v throttle potentiometer supply.
Pin 2 White/green, PE1.
Pin 3-4 Black, ground to the engine block, same point as the battery.
Pin 5 Red/White +12V supply to ECU.
Pin 6 Pink, SPARE ADC.
Pin 7 Violet, butterfly potentiometer signal.
Pin 8 Orange, air temperature sensor (MAT).
Pin 9 Brown, engine temperature (CLT) sensor.
Pin 10 Communication ground.
Pin 11 and 12, camshaft position sensor shielded cable.
Pin 13 Green/black, ground return from throttle potentiometer sensors, air temperature sensor and engine temperature sensor.
Pin 14 Green, rev counter output, Tachometer.
Pin 15 Yellow, wideband signal.
Pin 16 Grey/red, fuel pump relay.
Pin 17 White/pink SPARE ADC
Pin 18 White, FLEX.
Pin 19 and 20, CAN BUS communication. This wiring is not included, it is delivered with products that use CAN BUS communication, for example our Dashboard.
Pin 21 and 22, communication with PC, 1.2 meters.
Pin 23 and 24, Shielded cable for the crankshaft position sensor.

12 pin connector:

Pin 1 and 2 Black, grounds to the engine block, same point as the battery.
Pin 3 Blue, injection output 1, cylinder 1 with firing order 1-3-4-2.
Pin 4 Blue/black, injection outlet 2, cylinder 3 with firing order 1-3-4-2.
Pin 5 Blue/red, injection outlet 3, cylinder 4 with firing order 1-3-4-2.
Pin 6 Blue/white, injection output 4, cylinder 2 with firing order 1-3-4-2..
Pin 7 Gray, ignition output 4, ignition coil cylinder 2 with firing order 1-3-4-2.
Pin 8 Red/black, ignition output 3, ignition coil cylinder 4 with firing order 1-3-4-2.
Pin 9 Yellow/black, ignition output 2, ignition coil cylinder 3 with firing order 1-3-4-2.
Pin 10 Grey/black, ignition output 1, ignition coil cylinder 1 with firing order 1-3-4-2.
Pin 11 Violet/black, Turbo pressure control solenoid.
Pin 12 White/Black, Idle Valve.
